Tandoori can be prepared with both veggies and meat, however chicken tandoori is the most popular one. The veggie (generally large veggies, say cauliflower or brinjal) or the meat (chicken or mutton) is first marinated well with curd beaten with a number of spices and then slow cooked in tandoor.
