RECIPE OF MASALA CHAI AFFOGATO:
500ml water 2 tsp masala chai tea leaves (available easily in any Indian grocery stores) 1 pot of vanilla ice-cream Cacao nibs or caramelized peanut chunks (optional)
Bring water to a boil & remove from the heat. Now add in the masala chaï and infuse for about 5 mins. Meanwhile, take some glasses and add one or two scoops of vanilla ice-cream in each glass.
